I had many people apply for the position to work with me and support my CIC, however I chose Kate and Cherry Blossom Management because not only did you have strong administration experience, but you had a charity background and therefore would understand my business model
Pain Points
I have never enjoyed admin work and I felt overwhelmed with having so much to do and frustrated that there were things I really wanted to work on, but had to prioritise the boring admin stuff over the fun and important things.
It was good to have the option to delegate tasks to someone else and reduce the overwhelm with having so much to do.
