Impact

At Cherry Blossom Management I not only care about my clients (obvs I love you all), but I also care about my impact on the world around me and my carbon footprint. After all, we only have one gorgeous planet, let’s take care of her!

Each day we make choices that can positively or negatively affect the world around us and it’s the small changes that make a big difference.

I have pledged to reduce my carbon footprint, have a lower environmental impact and work towards being more sustainable both in my business and at home!

Some of the things I am doing to work towards this are;

Lower Emissions;

    I hold the majority of my meetings via Zoom, reducing driving and therefore our emissions.

    I use energy providers where the gas and electric provided is through renewable energy sources.

    I only use utility energy when needed, jumpers & hot water bottles are my friends!

    My blogs only have one image per blog, to reduce energy output of anyone visiting my website.

    The Cherry Blossom Management website is hosted by a green provider.

Environmental;

    I have a paperless office lowering logging and waste.

    I aim to use reuseable products and when this isn't an option, I recycle.

    Where possible I avoid single use plastic.

    I am a member of Ecologi. This means I donate to plant trees to offset my carbon footprint.

    I use a plugin on my search engine called Reeforest, which plants trees for simply using the internet.

Home Life;

    Where possible, my beauty & skincare products are with suppliers who don’t test on animals and use biodegradable packaging.

    I have been reducing my meat intake, therefore decreasing water consumption, farming land and lower carbon dioxide being released into the atmosphere.

    I use an Eco Egg for washing our clothes, reducing single use plastic
  • The creative unicorn with teal hair, pink background and cherry blossoms
    When purchasing products I look for whether it uses sustainable palm oil.
