A Guide to Delegation

Delegation for me is about empowerment, it’s about freeing up time, it creates responsibility and therefore means trust. This is what it means to me when a client delegates part of their workload to me, their Virtual PA.

What does delegation mean to you? For my clients who are self employed business owners and entrepreneurs it means sharing the load, assigning a task and knowing sh*t will get done, it means freedom to spend your time on the things that really matter to you, like gaining more clients, earning more money, time spent on growing your business so that you and your family can have a better quality of life. It’s about handing over a job list with minimal effort on your part and knowing at the end of it, things will happen, the work will get done and you haven’t had to do anything other than delegate.

Many business owners feel that they can’t ask for help, that they should have this superpower and be able to do it all themselves and then burn themselves into the ground trying. The key to hiring a Virtual PA and outsourcing is to do this before you get to the burnt out stage. Do it while you are growing, while you are becoming busier, but still have time to find the person who is the right fit for you and your business and they can not only take away some of the stress and workload, they can grow with you, support you and contribute to your success.

Cherry Blossom Management can work with you, support you and your business, be that point of contact and allow you to delegate and outsource, letting you focus on what you love.

We are opening up space for new clients in October and are soon to be launching our ‘Delegate and Done’ packages, so if you want to be first to the post and know more about our new packages then get in touch today hello@cherryblossommanagement.co.uk or 07816232697
